Lauren Masters is heading up the food preparations for this event, but she will need help planning, setting up, and preparing the food for the events on Friday-Saturday (Oct 30-31). 1. Food for Friday evening before the Psalm sing. 2. Refreshments/coffee during the talks on Saturday afternoon. 3. And food prep and coordination for the feast on Saturday. |

Security
Your job will be to make sure all of the doors are locked after the events begin, that there is appropriate signage directing people to the event, and you will also greet the guests as they arrive which necessitates arriving to the event early. |

Hospitality Coordinator
The point person for our keynote speaker and other guest speakers. This person will be in charge of ensuring that anything our guests need is taken care of in real time (you will be the one they are directed to reach out to): refreshments, honorariums (write the checks), gifts, any issues with accommodations or other needs, they will reach out to you for assistance. |

Children's Activity Assistant
Aaron Masters will have activities planned for the children; however, he may need some assistance with executing these plans. This position includes but is not limited to pretending to be a troll, doing trivia, crafts, and making the event pleasant for all of the mothers with children. |
